showers mostly in Ottawa and Craig counties in Oklahoma and Madison
and Carroll counties in Arkansas. Movement was slowly to the
northeast at 5 to 10 mph. The average amount where it rained last
hour was less than one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one
half to three quarters of an inch. Coverage and intensity remained
about the same as last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late this
morning and into this afternoon, cloudy, a chance of showers and a
slight chance of thunderstorms with temperatures 69 to 73 degrees
and east winds 5 to 10 mph shifting to the southwest.
