At 1128 AM, National Weather Service radar detected isolated
showers and thunderstorms west of a Eufaula to Hugo line. Showers
were heaviest in Okfuskee county in Oklahoma and was more widespread
in southcentral Oklahoma and also in northcentral Oklahoma. Movement
was to the northeast at around 10 mph. The average amount where it
rained last hour was around one quarter of an inch with maximum
amounts of one quarter to one half of an inch. Coverage, and
intensity increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast
for late this morning and early this afternoon, partly sunny,
showers likely and a chance of thunderstorms with temperatures 76 to
80 degrees and southeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
