county in Arkansas. Movement was slowly to the northeast at 5 to 10
mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was less than one
tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one half to three quarters
of an inch. Coverage and intensity remained about the same as last
hour. The Tulsa area forecast for early this afternoon, mostly
cloudy, a chance of showers and slight a chance of thunderstorms
with temperatures 70 to 74 degrees and northwest winds up to 10 mph.
