...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
  Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including the
  following counties, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,
  Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.

* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall tonight through Thursday
    will result in areas of flash flooding. Most areas will see
    at least two inches of rain, with upwards of 4-5 inches
    possible in the wettest locations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
