...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
  Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including the
  following counties, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,
  Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.

* WHEN...Through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - After a round of locally heavy rainfall earlier today,
    another round of storms is expected to develop across
    southeast Oklahoma into west-central Arkansas later on
    tonight into Thursday morning, and will be capable of
    producing locally heavy rainfall and the potential of flash
    flooding.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
