...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
  Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including the
  following counties, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,
  Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.

* WHEN...Through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall today through this
    afternoon may result in areas of flash flooding. Additional
    rainfall of up to 1.5" is possible.
