...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 445 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 445 PM CDT this afternoon for a
portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Nowata, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. A Flash Flood
Warning remains in effect for eastern Tulsa County, southwestern
Rogers, and northwestern Wagoner counties until 5 PM CDT. Please
continue to heed remaining road closures.
