The tornadic thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out
of the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 500 AM CDT for northwestern
Arkansas.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 AM CDT FOR NORTH
CENTRAL MADISON AND NORTHWESTERN CARROLL COUNTIES...

At 232 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm with strong low level rotation
that could produce a tornado at any time was located 3 miles
northeast of Clifty, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.
