At 1205 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Braggs, moving
southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
