...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT EASTERN TODD COUNTY THROUGH 630
PM CDT...

At 550 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 3 miles southeast of Haystack Butte to 6 miles
east of Kilgore. Movement was east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Sicangu Village, Hidden Timber, Littleburg, Lakeview, Haystack Butte,
and eastern Rosebud Reservation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
south central South Dakota.
