.DISCUSSION...Gusty conditions are expected today especially
across the Mojave Desert where widespread afternoon gusts of 25 to
40 mph are expected along with min RH values of 15 percent or
less. Further north, isolated showers and a stray lightning strike
or two are possible in the Southern Great Basin as a weather
disturbance moves through. Winds will weaken but remain elevated
Saturday similar RH values. Warmer conditions will return for next
week with typical daily breezes.
