Surface moisture remains high from recent precipitation. Minimum RH values of between 50 and 70 percent are expected into Tuesday, before minimum RHs of 40 to 60 percent are expected into Wednesday with lower values found along the border crossing highways in the northern Panhandle. Minimum RH values increase to between 50 and 80 percent for later in the week as another frontal system pushes through. Therefore, there are no fire weather concerns through the period.
