...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL BROOME AND
NORTHEASTERN SUSQUEHANNA COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM EDT...

At 515 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Great Bend, or 11 miles southeast of Binghamton, moving southeast at
20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Kirkwood, Conklin, Susquehanna, Susquehanna Depot, Hallstead, Great
Bend, Lanesboro, Lakeside, and Hickory Grove.

This includes the following highway exits...
 New York Interstate 81 near 1.
 Pennsylvania Interstate 81 near 230.
