At the time of event, expect mostly cloudy skies with some lingering showers and possibly a morning thunderstorm. Conditions should rapidly improve, with precipitation and clouds moving off to the east by noon at the latest. Temperatures at the start of the event will be around 60, increasing to a high of around 70 by the late afternoon.
