...SHOWERS AND ISOLATED TO WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WEDNESDAY...

.DISCUSSION...
A strong system will move in tonight, with steady rain beginning
overnight. Steady rain will become showers on Wednesday, with
thunderstorms possible after 9 AM MDT. Rainfall totals of 0.35 to
0.65 inches are expected. Breezy northwest winds will develop
Wednesday afternoon, with gusts to 15 mph on ridgelines. Colder
air will move in Wednesday night, allowing snow levels to drop to
around 4500 feet. However, precipitation will be tapering off and
any snow accumulation should be less than 1 inch. The system will
move east on Thursday with showers ending.
