.SYNOPSIS...An enhanced pressure gradient will exist along the
Lower Texas Coast during the forecast, producing breezy winds and
moderate seas. Small Craft Advisories and Small Craft Should
Exercise Caution headlines will be needed in response to the
stronger winds and elevated seas.
