1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate south-southeasterly winds will
prevail for much of the period. There is a slight chance for
showers and thunderstorms for the northern portions of the Laguna
Madre and nearshore (0-20 nm) Gulf Water Friday morning, which
will expand south and eastward throughout the day with the
highest chances in the early afternoon hours into the evening, as
a stationary boundary lingers in the area into Saturday.
