.DISCUSSION... Upper level ridging builds into the area today and
combines with surface high pressure to our north to produce dry
conditions over the burn area today. Any low clouds and/or patchy
fog early this morning should burn off by 10 am when the inversion
mixes out with scattered cumulus developing in the afternoon.
Surface and transport winds will generally be out of the northeast
however surface speeds will be under 10 mph with transport speeds
of less than 15 mph. Minimum afternoon RH will be 43 percent. Any
scattered clouds should dissipate quickly this evening with the
loss of daytime heating with clear skies expected tonight and
patchy fog not expected to develop.
