...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast South Carolina, including the
  following counties, Charleston and Colleton.

* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 612 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate rains falling
    over Edisto Beach and Edisto Island. An additional 0.5 to 1
    inch could fall through 7 PM. The risk for minor flooding of
    low-lying and poor drainage areas continues.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Edisto Beach, Seabrook Island, Edisto Island and Edisto Beach
    State Park.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
