* WHERE...Savannah River near Clyo.

* WHEN...Until Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 13.3 feet, one foot of water covers Tom Goethe Road
  just after the pavement ends.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 815 PM EDT Tuesday, the stage was 12.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Friday morning and continue falling to 4.3 feet Sunday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain nearly steady at
    12.3 feet through early Thursday.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
