Low temperatures will range from the upper 50s over the northwest corner of the state, to the upper 60s in Philadelphia. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop again on Thursday. Highs will be a few degrees cooler than on Wednesday, ranging from the upper 70s to low 80s over most of the state. A weak area of high pressure will build across northern Pennsylvania on Friday, bringing fair and warm weather to most of the region, with just a slight chance of an afternoon shower or thunderstorm across the southern tier of the state. $$
