Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southeast Wyoming/Western Nebraska
National Weather Service CHEYENNE WY
133 PM MDT Wed Jun 5 2024

HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM MDT THIS EVENING
.DISCUSSION...

Elevated fire weather concerns this afternoon and early evening as
warm temperatures, low RH and gusty winds persist. Another round of
dry afternoon RH and breezy weather is likely on Thursday however
fuels remain not critical at this time. Cooler weather is likely by
the weekend which will help raise RH values and lower the near-
critical fire threat.
