WESTERN BANNER AND SOUTHEASTERN GOSHEN COUNTIES THROUGH 215 PM MDT... At 147 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles southwest of Hawk Springs, or 27 miles southwest of Torrington, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... La Grange, Huntley, Hawk Springs Reservoir, Hawk Springs State Recreation Area, Hawk Springs, Wycross, and Hawk Springs Campground. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
