This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Dense fog is occurring near the Twin Ports early this morning,
dropping visibilities to a quarter of a mile or less. The fog
should dissipate by mid morning.

Showers and thunderstorms will become widespread today into
tonight. Heavy rain may lead to flooding and a Flash Flood Watch
has been issued for far northwest Wisconsin into central and
northern Minnesota for today and tonight. Isolated to scattered
strong to severe storms are also possible, mainly in northwest
Wisconsin this afternoon and evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Showers will continue into Wednesday, gradually diminishing
through the day.


and thunderstorms will become widespread Tuesday into
Tuesday night with showers continuing Wednesday. Heavy rain may
lead to flooding and a Flash Flood Watch continues into early
Wednesday for far northwest Wisconsin into central and northern
Minnesota.

Skywarn spotters may be needed this afternoon and evening for much
of northwest Wisconsin.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Dense fog is affecting the southwest arm of Lake Superior,
especially around the Twin Ports, dropping visibilities to less
than a mile.

Thunderstorms will develop today and continue tonight. A few
strong to severe storms will be possible with winds in excess of
45 knots. Northeasterly winds will increase today, producing
gales this afternoon and tonight. A Gale Warning is in effect for
Grand Portage down to the Twin Ports over to the Apostle Islands.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Northeasterly gales early Wednesday will veer through southeast to
southwest for Wednesday. A Gale Warning remains in effect for most
of western Lake Superior through Wednesday.
