...The National Weather Service in Des Moines IA has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Beaver Creek at New Hartford affecting Butler and Black Hawk
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For the latest river and stream observations and forecasts refer to
weather.gov/desmoines/water.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

River forecasts include observed precipitation plus forecast
precipitation over the next 24 hours.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM EARLY THIS MORNING TO LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Beaver Creek at New Hartford, or from Johnson Creek
  near Parkersburg...to the Cedar River.

* WHEN...From early this morning to late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water affects the lowest portions of New
  Hartford and affects some of the lowest roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.9
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late
    this evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
