...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN STORY COUNTY IS CANCELLED...

The tornadic thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out
of the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 AM CDT for
central Iowa.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 AM CDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN MARSHALL AND SOUTH CENTRAL HARDIN COUNTIES...

At 534 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Union, or 10 miles south of Eldora, moving northeast
at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern Marshall and south central Hardin Counties, including
the following locations... Clemons, New Providence, and St. Anthony.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
