...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Detroit River...
  Lake St. Clair Open Lake (U.S. Portion)...

At 642 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 7 nm west of New Baltimore to near St.
Clair Shores to near The Ambassador Bridge, moving northeast at 25
knots.

  Pointe, and Belle Isle around 645 AM EDT.
  Mt Clemens Harbor Of Refuge and Metro Beach Metropark Marina
  around 650 AM EDT.
  St Clair Flats Old Channel Light around 700 AM EDT.
  Algonac around 715 AM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,
and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately
until these storms pass.
