extending from 9 nm northeast of Pinconning to near Bay City Liberty
Harbor to 10 nm south of The Mouth Of The Saginaw River, moving
northeast at 35 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.
