* WHAT...Flooding is possible.

* WHERE...Cedar River at Cedar Bluff.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon to early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water begins to affect access to the
  Sutliff Recreation Bridge. The lowest sections of West Rochester
  Ave north of West Rochester Road are also affected by water,
  limiting access to residents in the Rainbow Valley Subdivision.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.5 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached Saturday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
