...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Illinois...Iowa...

  Mississippi River at Keithsburg affecting Mercer, Des Moines,
  Louisa and Henderson Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...Iowa...

  Mississippi River at Gladstone LD18 affecting Des Moines and
  Henderson Counties.

  Mississippi River at Burlington affecting Des Moines, Hancock,
  Lee and Henderson Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Keithsburg.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Water affects low lying areas in Oquawka.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to 15.0 feet
    Wednesday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 9.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue rising to 11.8 feet
    early Thursday afternoon. Additional rises are possible
    thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

  homes in Montrose and Niota.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 14.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 16.4 feet
    Wednesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
