* WHERE...North Skunk River near Sigourney.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water affects most agricultural land near
  Sigourney.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 15.1 feet and rising
    rapidly.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 17.8 feet early Thursday morning.
    It will then fall below flood stage Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
