This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Area rivers are experiencing flooding or will see flooding in the
coming days. Please see the latest Flood Statements and Flood
Warnings for details.

There is a Marginal Risk, or level 1 of 5, for severe weather late
tonight, mainly for our far western forecast area. Damaging wind
gusts and large hail are the primary threats, with a lower threat
of tornadoes. Heavy rain will also be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

There is also a Slight Risk, or level 2 of 5, for severe weather
Friday afternoon for areas along and east of the Mississippi
River. Damaging winds, large hail, and an isolated tornado will be
the main threats.

There is yet another Slight Risk for severe weather on Sunday, for
areas along and south of Highway 30.
