Widespread rain from Tuesday has left the region damp. Things dry out Wednesday through Thursday afternoon. Thursday afternoon will have breezy southerly winds sustained at 20-25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. With the level of greenness, it may be difficult to get fire starts, but with the wind any that do start could have the potential to spread quickly. Thursday night into Friday morning, another round of showers and thunderstorms looks likely, followed by an active pattern of showers and thunderstorms into mid-week.
