...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and
increased in duration for the following rivers in Texas...

  Elm Fork Trinity River Near Carrollton affecting Dallas County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Elm Fork Trinity River near Carrollton.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Western sections of the city golf course,
  closest to the river, upstream from the gage will be inundated.
  McInnish Park Sports Complex will begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 9.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.0
    feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    this evening.
