.DISCUSSION...Mainly clear and dry conditions expected the next few
days as the threat of wetting rainfall will remain across the
northern part of the State. Winds will be terrain driven to start
the day and then mix to the Northwest this afternoon and Southwest
tomorrow. Above normal temperatures and the dry conditions should
help push minimum humidity to below 25 percent both afternoons.
