Mostly cloudy skies prevailed across the region this morning as
patchy fog developed. Temperatures this morning ranged from the
upper 50s to upper 60s.

For today, expect the cloudy skies to stick around with chances
for showers and thunderstorms developing during the afternoon and
evening. A few of these storms may become strong and produce
gusty winds and small hail. Heavy rainfall will accompany the
showers and thunderstorms as well leading to potential localized
flooding. It will also be warm and humid with high temperatures
ranging from the upper 70s to middle 80s. Cooler temperatures
ranging from the upper 60s to low 70s are forecast along the
lakeshore.
