A cold front sweeping across the region has produced two region of
severe weather this evening. One region has moved across northern
WI and as of 9PM was starting to exit the region as it moves into
the UP. The other region of storms has moved across central WI and
as of 9PM was starting to approaches the northern Fox Valley.
Both areas of storms have produced gusty winds and hail in
excesses of 1 inch. Temperatures as of 9PM were ranging from the
low 60s in northern WI behind the front to around 80 degrees in
the Fox Valley out ahead of the cold front.

Thunderstorms will continue to move into the Fox Valley and
toward the lakeshore as they weaken into the overnight hours.
Small hail and a few gusts of wind will be possible. The rest of
the region should turn dry overnight Temperatures overnight are
forecast to drop into the mid 45s across the Northwoods to the mid
50s in east-central WI.

Weak high pressure building into the region will bring dry
conditions into Sunday. Highs on Sunday will be in the 70s, with
60s near the lakeshore.
