High pressure will bring mostly sunny and dry conditions to the
region for the day Saturday. Surface winds at the burn location
will be light in the morning and generally out of the west to
northwest, but these will become more south to southwesterly
during the afternoon as the seabreeze moves onshore. Mixing
heights will steadily improve through the morning, and with
favorable transport winds, good to excellent smoke dispersal is
forecast. RH is expected to fall into the upper 30s to lower 40s
for the late morning and afternoon hours.
