Partly cloudy conditions prevailed over the region during the
afternoon hours. A light northwest breeze was also common with
seasonable temperatures observed. Afternoon high temperatures
ranged from the upper 70s across southern Nebraska to the upper
80s over northern Oklahoma.

Widely scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible late
tonight and into the early morning hours on Tuesday over central
and western Kansas. Low temperatures will range from the upper 40s
across the high plains of northwest Kansas to the lower 60s in
southern Kansas and northern Oklahoma.

Some showers and storms may linger into the day on Tuesday across
central and southern Kansas and those in Oklahoma. Clouds and
precipitation could impact high temperatures but most locations
are expected to top out in the lower 80s.
