...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL NEW HANOVER AND EAST
CENTRAL BRUNSWICK COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM EDT...

At 308 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Wrightsville Beach to near Silver Lake.
Movement was southwest at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, North Masonboro Island, Myrtle Grove,
Silver Lake, Masonboro, University Of North Carolina At Wilmington,
Winnabow, Seagate, Belville, New Hanover Regional Medical Center, and
Cape Fear Hospital.

This includes US Route 17 in Brunswick County between mile markers 33
and 37.
