...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL NEW HANOVER AND EAST
CENTRAL BRUNSWICK COUNTIES THROUGH 215 PM EDT...

At 143 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Myrtle Grove, or near South Masonboro Island, moving east at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach, Kure Beach, South
Masonboro Island, Snows Cut, North Masonboro Island, Boiling Spring
Lakes, Myrtle Grove, Silver Lake, Sea Breeze, Masonboro, University
Of North Carolina At Wilmington, Seagate, New Hanover Regional
Medical Center, and Cape Fear Hospital.
