...Summary...
This tornado produced damage along and east of South US Route 42
south of Lebanon in the Hillcrest area. A few trees were damaged
along the highway, but a residence east of the highway had 10 to
15 snapped and uprooted trees. Minor tree damage was observed east
of the residence, but no damage was found along Columbia Road.
Therefore, it believe the tornado dissipated in this area.

Damage was noted west of Hillcrest along North Mason Montgomery
Road and east of Hillcrest along Natalie Lane, but was not
included in this assessment due to lower confidence in the damage
being tornadic. Lack of access between damage points also played a
role.

The National Weather Service would like to thank the Warren
County Emergency Management Agency for their assistance with this
survey.
