White River at Hazleton. .Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall last week produced enough runoff to bring minor flooding along the lower portions of the White River. The crest is past Hazleton with the river expected to slowly fall through the end of the week. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
