.SYNOPSIS...

High pressure near the Outer Banks will shift eastward Sunday
with southeasterly winds and then towards Bermuda into next
week with isolated storm chances returning over the local
waters in the afternoon and early evening hours. Winds will
become more southerly by midweek and then southwesterly ahead
of an approaching cold front by the end of the week.
