Through 700 am, a broken line of showers and isolated thunderstorms
will traverse northwest at near 10 mph across the outer Straits of
Florida east of Floyd`s Wall, the eastern waters of Hawk Channel, and
the eastern Upper Keys. Mariners encountering the strongest showers
can expect moderate to heavy downpours reducing visibility, wind
gusts of 25 to 30 mph, and occasional lightning strikes. Island
communities from Ocean Reef to Key Largo can expect a half an inch to
three quarters of an inch of rainfall.

P and T towers. Mariners encountering the heaviest showers can
expect moderate to heavy downpours, wind gusts up to 25 knots, and an
occasional lightning strike.
