...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN KEITH...
SOUTHEASTERN GARDEN AND NORTHEASTERN DEUEL COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM
MDT...

At 817 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Lewellen, or 12 miles southeast of Oshkosh, moving
northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lewellen, Ash Hollow State Historical Park, Bluewater Battlefield
State Historical Park, Windlass Hill, and Clear Creek State Wildlife
Management Area.

This includes Highway 92 between mile markers 115 and 120.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 AM MDT for the Panhandle
of and southwestern Nebraska.
