...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN LINCOLN COUNTY
THROUGH 830 PM CDT...

At 743 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Dickens, or 16 miles north of Hayes Center, moving northeast at 40
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Dickens and Somerset.

This includes Highway 83 between mile markers 62 and 68.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for
southwestern Nebraska.
