* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Minor marshland flooding occurs. Flooding
  also begins on River Road in north Lake Charles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will oscillate around flood stage with a
    maximum value of 4.3 feet early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Goos Ferry Road becomes impassable.
  Calcasieu River from the Saltwater Barrier to the parish line may
  be closed to recreational boat traffic.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 AM CDT Thursday was 5.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Monday evening and continue falling to 1.9 feet Tuesday
    morning.

  near the river. Low spots on Old Sour Lake Road are under water.

    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Thursday was 26.4 feet.

  Lake and Brushy Lake with some roads being cutoff and some of the
  lowest properties near the river begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 70.9 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 AM CDT Thursday was 71.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 68.1 feet Tuesday
    morning.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Calcasieu River near Glenmora.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, When the river is rising and the gauge
  reading is forecast to reach 12 feet or higher. Roads upstream
  from Glenmora, including Strothers Crossing Road near the
  community of Calcasieu and Price Crossing Road near Hineston have
  water on them and are subject to being closed. Also, flooding of
  forested areas near the river will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Thursday was 13.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 12.5 feet Tuesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

  Barrier. Several homes and camps are flooded or threatend.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 AM CDT Thursday was 9.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 5.5 feet Tuesday

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding will occur. The
  lowest homes between Deweyville and the river begin to flood,
  especially in the Indian Lakes and River Oaks sections. Low-lying
  roads and a few homes in Southwestern Beauregard Parish have some
  flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 26.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Thursday was 26.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 25.3 feet Tuesday
    morning.
