  Humboldt River At Battle Mountain affecting Lander County.

For the Lower Humboldt...including Battle Mountain...elevated river
levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR SNOWMELT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FRIDAY

* WHAT...Flooding caused by seasonal snowmelt continues.

* WHERE...Humboldt River at Battle Mountain.

* WHEN...Until Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 8.5 feet, Monitoring Stage. Some very minor flooding
  occurs at scattered locations along the reach.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:15 PM PDT Tuesday the stage was 8.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady below flood
    stage at 8.5 feet.
  - Action stage is 8.5 feet.
  - Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
