The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Casey County in central Kentucky...

* Until 1230 AM EDT.

* At 921 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding along Upper
  Brush Creek and Freys Creek. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have
  fallen.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  rural locations north of Liberty, Beech Bottom and Lanhamtown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
